This retail and services centre with a hotel right at the heart of Münster’s old town was awarded the German Urban Development Prize 2010 and the prize for Integrated City Development. It was completed after a two year construction phase on a plot of approximately 8,300 sqm in autumn 2009.

In the context of the project development, Harpen was able to win an investor competition in the face of many competitors, and turn a former car park area into a new 1a location in Münster. Tenants include the Ramada Hotel chain and Karstadt sports as well as Esprit, the Deutsche Bank and municipal underground car park operator, WBI.
