Production facility "Robert Müser"

In the middle of the Ruhr Region, Harpen develops an innovative location for production and administration on approx. 46,000 sqm for the company Brock Kehrtechnik GmbH, currently based in Witten. Due to its central location and ideal infrastructural conditions, the site on the former coking plant "Robert Müser" at Arnoldschacht in Bochum-Werne offers significant strategic advantages for a new corporate headquarter of the expanding company. By reactivating this old brownfield, Harpen continues to make a contribution to sustainable structural changes in Bochum.

In addition to a 2,300 sqm administration building with training rooms, the area includes a 15,300 sqm production hall for the production, storage and logistic of the sweepers  with an adjacent 1,000 sqm office wing. The outer surfaces also provide sufficient space for the realization of parking lots for customers and employees as well as fuel station, washing and test areas for the sweeping vehicles.
