In a second construction phase, a further office wing and a parking garage with 346 spaces has been built for the existing tenant VW-R, part of the Volkswagen Group, on a 12,130 sqm plot in Wolfsburg-Warmenau. The development also included fully renovating existing office space as well as redesigning the façade and modernising the neighbouring production halls.
