The future-oriented location Mark 51°7 is located right at the heart of the Ruhr Region, and is one of the most important urban development projects for the City of Bochum over the next few years. The university city is successfully mastering the challenges of structural change from its current industrial background to become a services-oriented metropolis in the Ruhr Region.

On the site of the former Opel Works 1, a new high quality logistics, technology and services location is emerging with very good connections to the autobahn network and to public transport, shopping and other infrastructure facilities. The office 51°7 is a flagship project for office developments at this location. Flexible workplace concepts can be implemented on the 3,200 sqm of modern and well-equipped office space with 85 parking spaces right outside. The space can be divided up and equipment levels supplied according to tenants’ wishes. Units of between 200 sqm and 840 sqm are possible.
