In Hamburg-Billbrook, at Hamburg’s top logistics location, it was possible to implement a worthwhile redensification at the logistics centre on Andreas-Meyer-Straße with an approximately 5,530 sqm new hall for the company B+S, so that now our property here amounts to 41,350 sqm rentable/usable space on an around 81,000 sqm plot.
