With direct access to the B1/A40 as well as the A1, A2 and A43, A44, a modern logistics center was built in Dortmund in 2001 for Arvato, a company belonging to the Bertelsmann Group.
In May 2021, the 2nd construction phase of the logistics center was built on a site of approx. 12,000 m².
The expansion of the existing logistics halls by approx. 8,330 m² to a total area of more than 30,000 m² with two additional access roads to the site and the halls further enhances the location and offers the best opportunities for future developments. The tenant's investment in the installation of a state-of-the-art, fully automated warehousing and order picking system in the halls reflects the status and importance of the overall property.
