The district of Rodenkirchen - the southernmost district of Cologne on the left bank of the Rhine - is the location of the office building in Emil-Hoffmann-Strasse. Among other things, the district offers very good conditions for office and commercial space with connections to public transport and the freeways in an attractive location.
The office building at the beginning of Emil-Hoffmann-Strasse offers modern office space on 3 or 4 floors in a very good location with sufficient parking spaces in the underground garage and on the property. On the top floor of the building, a new concept enabled the planning and realization of approx. 1,500 m² of additional attractive office space. The additional space was already fully leased before the start of the conversion and has also already been handed over to the tenants.
