Harpen-Haus

Originally built in the 1980s, the Harpen-Haus on the B1 Office Boulevard, one of Dortmund’s best office locations, was modernised and successfully placed on the market in the context of a full revitalisation and refurbishment programme.

After fully gutting the property, giving it a completely new technical refit and creating high quality office space, it was easy to get new tenants ThyssenKrupp Industrial Solutions and the Postbeamtenkrankenkassen interested in the building. The façade and the entrance hall area were refitted and the interior decoration was redesigned with lots of glass and state of the art buildings technology.
